Pricing reflects a 12-month lease term and includes water, sewer, and trash. Residents are responsible for paying electricity and gas, which are billed separately and vary according to usage.

Residents are required to pay a $7/month fee for renters insurance and are automatically enrolled in the property’s master renters insurance policy. This policy covers property damage only and does not cover residents’ personal belongings. Residents are encouraged to obtain additional personal insurance coverage, but it is not required.

Required One Time Fees (Due At Application):
Application Fee: $13
Holding Fee: $100

Required One Time Fees (Due At Move-In):
Standard Security Deposit: $500

The holding fee will become part of the security deposit if the application is approved, and the applicant takes possession of the unit.

Optional Add-Ons:
Pets: $300 refundable deposit, $200 nonrefundable fee, $50/month pet rent
Internet: $45/month
Washer/Dryer Rental: $35/month
