Is Callisto Commons an affordable community?
Yes! Callisto Commons participates in the Housing Tax Credit affordable housing program. Household maximum income limits and all full-time student household limitations apply.
How much does it cost to apply?
The application fee is $13 per adult.
What is your pet policy, including fees and breed restrictions?
Callisto Commons allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.
What utilities are included in rent?
The monthly rent amount includes water, sewer, and trash!
