Pricing reflects a 12-month lease term and includes water, sewer, and trash. Residents are responsible for paying electricity and gas, which are billed separately and vary according to usage.
Residents are required to pay a $7/month fee for renters insurance and are automatically enrolled in the property’s master renters insurance policy. This policy covers property damage only and does not cover residents’ personal belongings. Residents are encouraged to obtain additional personal insurance coverage, but it is not required.
Additional required one time fees include a $13 application fee per adult and a $500 standard security deposit.
